Explore how we can rethink the way we protect nature through a seminar examining community-driven conservation strategies, expanding perspectives in conservation science, Indigenous stewardship and relationships with the land, and the history and impacts of colonial approaches to conservation. Participants will explore how diverse knowledge systems and experiences can shape more inclusive, equitable, and effective approaches to protecting wildlife and ecosystems.
